This addition to a small lake home boasts the owners dream kitchen.” Light and bright”. Much thought went into adding a large welcoming entry with the kitchen addition and tie it into this home. The owners also wanted a master bath and main level laundry, so that was added directly off the master bedroom and the laundry was fit in as well. This sits on top of an ICF poured concrete basement, that we tied into their existing basement with a cut out opening. The old garage blocked the house from the driveway and was torn down. A new one was built off to the side to open up the yard for a welcoming entrance.
