Welcome to the great Up North!  This quaint lakeside cabin is a perfect example of how you can take old and turn it to new.  This cabin is created from the original A-Frame on site, and was renovated around the original fireplace and foundation.  At completion, it is 1776 total square ft. with a grand loft space overlooking the great room and views of the lake.  There are two bedrooms and one bath, with optional great space for another bedroom area.  The kitchen has beautiful Cambria countertops and Rustic Alder cabinets and island space.  The floors have been finished with a luxury vinyl through-out, and energy efficiency was a game changer in this old to new cabin, with dual mini splits for air and heat, as well as new Thermo -Tech windows.  A full porch was added to further the appeal and enjoyment of a weekend at the lake.
