This 3,000 sq. ft. home was completely transformed with an extensive remodel and a 1,000 sq. ft. addition, thoughtfully blending the original home with the new space. The finished home features five bedrooms, three bathrooms and vaulted ceilings, along with a large kitchen island topped with Cambria surfaces. White oak custom cabinetry and doors, finished with conversion varnish and Blum hardware, bring warmth and quality throughout the home. The remodel combines modern rustic style with elements of the original home, including the existing fireplace, creating a seamless transition between old and new. Vinyl plank flooring, custom stonework, fireplace features and a 24-inch LVL beam wrapped in a custom made beam cover by Scott Holm are among the many details that helped bring the entire home together as one cohesive space.
