This project was a complete remodel to a summer cabin. Everything was removed to the studs. Complete new electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, paneling, windows, doors, decks, timber stairway, cabinetry, and so on. The original pine floors were sanded and re-finished. White, pre-finished clear nickel groove pine paneling, along with some natural clear finished pine paneling gives a modern look to this now year-round lake home. The old screen porch was opened up as part of the house. Marvin windows fill the walls in this lake view room along with a classy wood, free standing, fireplace. The exterior remains mostly the same with a fresh coat of stain on the cedar siding. And a couple new decks added.

Working with each home owner to get the most for their budget, and keeping the budget in line, is our expertise. We work with the owners from site layout to final landscaping.
