This past year we took on a couple of large remodel projects. This particular one was a
complete gut of the inside with all the walls removed and a completely new layout. The
homeowners designed the layout. 3 baths, 2 bedrooms, tiled walk-in showers, open
kitchen/ dining/ living room design, with a fireplace. A beautiful enclosed screen porch
and deck were added. An attached garage was also added. All new exterior, LP Smart
siding, Marvin windows, soffits, fascia, seamless gutters, roofing. Beautiful custom
cabinetry throughout. New floors throughout. Also, all new plumbing, heating and

We have a good long term working relationship with our subcontractors, many of whom are NMBA members. Working with each home owner to get the most for their budget, and keeping the budget in line, is our expertise. We work with the owners from site layout to final landscaping.
