This project started by removing an old deck and stairway. We added a 3-season screen porch, 12’x16’, with an attached 8’x20’ open deck. We opened up the wall that adjoins their game room and installed a 12’ wide Thermo-Tech patio door. Trex decking,
Westbury Verticable railings, EZ Screen windows, pine T&G paneling walls and ceiling all make for a beautiful addition to enjoy lake cabin life.

We have a good long term working relationship with our subcontractors, many of whom are NMBA members. Working with each home owner to get the most for their budget, and keeping the budget in line, is our expertise. We work with the owners from site layout to final landscaping. The homes we build are typically nestled in along the beautiful lakeshores of Itasca County. We also build garages, large storage buildings, and some light commercial work as well.
